Terms of service
Last updated: October 28, 2026. Vellum & Loom Systems Inc. operates aicontentwriter.ai as a business evaluation website and provides arranged access to our multi-stage technical drafting workbench. Browsing this site or testing the simulator does not create a paid subscription. When a signed written order governs an arranged workspace, that order prevails over these terms on any conflict.
1. Access and authorized use
Anyone provisioning or using an arranged workspace must be an adult acting as an authorized representative of a business entity. Participating teams must safeguard account credentials, submit only source materials they hold lawful rights to process, and refrain from uploading unlawful material. Users may not send abusive automated traffic, bypass technical controls, or attempt unauthorized access. Because automated drafting cannot replace professional judgment, customers remain responsible for human review and must never treat outputs as medical or legal advice.
2. Corpus ownership and outputs
Your organization retains all intellectual property rights in the source corpus materials provided to an arranged workspace. Submitting those materials grants Vellum & Loom Systems Inc. a limited license to process them solely for service delivery, with zero training on customer corpus data. We assign to the customer whatever rights we hold in generated outputs, subject to third-party rights, without guaranteeing copyright protection, uniqueness, or noninfringement. All workbench software, verification methods, branding, and site materials remain our sole property.
3. Evidence and editorial responsibility
Mechanical citation checks verify whether a reference resolves to an indexed source span, yet semantic support remains a fallible judgment that can miss context or nuance. Even when a citation resolves cleanly, the passage might not support the drafted claim. Public simulator examples and benchmark calculations on this website are illustrative only and provide no production proof. Subscribed teams must preserve uncertainty flags, never use the service to fabricate citations, and ensure qualified reviewers verify source permissions and accuracy before publication.
4. Plans, billing and cancellation
Workspace plans are arranged by written order at published rates of $49 per month for Studio, $189 per month for Editorial Pod, and $640 per month for Enterprise Dedicated VPC. Subscriptions renew monthly per the governing order, and invoiced fees exclude applicable taxes. Administrators may cancel before the next billing term by emailing [email protected]. Our billing model charges no automatic paid overages, unused monthly budget does not roll over, and refunds are provided where mandatory law or a written order requires them.
5. Suspension, warranties and liability
When a breach or billing issue arises, we provide reasonable notice and an opportunity to remedy it whenever practicable, though we may suspend access immediately if unlawful use or an operational risk threatens security. Before termination, we offer a reasonable opportunity to export customer corpus materials where feasible. Except for written commitments in a signed order, the service is provided as available without warranties of error-free output. Aggregate liability for service claims is capped at fees paid during the prior twelve months, and indirect losses are excluded to the extent permitted by law, without excluding fraud, willful misconduct, or nonwaivable statutory rights.
6. Colorado law and contact
Colorado law governs these terms and any workspace dispute without regard to conflict rules. Before starting litigation, both parties will send written notice and confer in good faith to resolve disputes, without waiving urgent equitable remedies. No mandatory arbitration applies, and unresolved claims must be brought in state courts in Boulder County, Colorado, or federal courts in the District of Colorado, subject to mandatory law. Material updates apply prospectively after notice, while active orders change only by written agreement.
